The Asian Attractions Awards honor Asia’s top tourist attractions

Since 2007, the Asian Attractions Awards have delivered the due recognition that Asia's leading attractions deserve, providing its audience across Asia with a gala experience. The past campaigns have created huge publicity waves across the continent, reaching millions of households through the paid Cable Television Platforms in 2007 and 2008. With the continuous support from National Tourist Organizations and a wide range of partners, Asian Attractions Awards 2009, which is scheduled to be held in COEX Convention & Exhibition Hall in Seoul, South Korea between 10th to 12th of June, is all geared up to draw unprecedented press coverage and publicity across Asia then ever before. It will generate brand awareness and all-encompassing reach for participating attractions across Asia.

The Asian Attractions Awards 2009 is a voting campaign generated by cable television viewers across the Asia continent. TVC campaign on major Cable network entice cable viewers to name and vote for their most favorite attractions and destinations within Asia via a designated micro-site. Regional coverage on Star TV Network yield exposure across Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, China, India, Russia etc. With the potential reach of up to 26 million cable subscribers across Asia. The Asian Attractions Awards 2009 is proudly supported by International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

The Asian Attractions Awards are divided into four categories.

Grand Winner (overall winner with highest number of votes) Large Category (2 million visitors and above for annual attendance) Medium Category (1 – 2 million visitors for annual attendance) Small Category (Below 1 million visitors for annual attendance)
